This project was a full new-construction Pella window replacement , taking the windows all the way back to the original framing. Once we opened things up, we found the original windows weren’t properly waterproofed, which meant some structural repairs were needed before installing the new windows the right way.

We rebuilt where needed, properly waterproofed the openings, installed new Pella windows, and finished everything off with new interior trim work.

From a cramped jetted tub to a spa-worthy retreat, this is one of our favorite bathtub to shower transformations yet.

This homeowner had an outdated tub/shower combo tucked behind a bulkhead that was eating up headspace. We demoed the whole thing, removed the bulkhead, and gained 18 inches of ceiling height in the process. The difference in how the space FEELS is night and day. This bathroom in La Crescent, Minnesota went from a cramped, outdated prefab shower unit to a stunning custom-tiled walk-in shower that completely changed the feel of the space .

Full tear-out of the existing prefab shower unit. New drain assembly and relocated drain. All new waterlines. 100% custom tile work throughout. Schluter waterproofing system for a bulletproof, long-lasting install. Removal of the existing solar tube. Brand new flooring to tie the whole space together.

Shower to Bathtub Conversion – First Time Taking a BATH! Kids are Excited!!!

A Bathtub for the First Time!!!

We're in the home stretch on this bathroom remodel , just finishing up trim work and a little drywall. This one was a full transformation: new LVT flooring, a Sentrel PVC shower system with a new tub, a new vanity, electrical work, fresh drywall and paint, and beautiful Amish built ins after we removed an extra door that just wasn't needed in the space.

But the best part wasn't any of that. This family has several kids who never had a bathtub in their home. Once the new tub was set, we got a text from the homeowner letting us know their kids were using a bathtub for the first time ever. That message stopped us in our tracks.
