Selling our full range of exterior and interior remodeling services - roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring, and decks. You'll guide homeowners from first conversation to signed contract, always leading with honesty and never with a hard sell.

When available, company generated leads will be provided, but you'll also build your own pipeline - knocking doors, working neighborhoods, and generating business through networking and referrals rather than waiting on handed-to-you leads.

Installation work across our remodel projects: bathrooms, kitchens, windows, decking, flooring, and siding. You don't need to be a master of all six, but you should be capable in several.

• $30–$42/hour, based on experience
• Full-time W2 position
• Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days - three-day weekends, every week
• Friday overtime available, never mandatory
